3. By building a Training & Development Project specific to your needs we can structure a programme for you, which will run for a fixed period of time, normally 90-120 days. During this we will come and work alongside those involved in the project and train and develop the skills they require.
Unlike an academic marketing course we run our training and development projects in ‘real time’ -that is to say you will not only be learning and gaining new skills but also implementing them in your business as you progress – seeing the results from our partnership. This approach is essential as it allows us to test and measure the outcomes and continue to direct the programme to ensure it remains relevant, appropriate and effective.
